Please note that my office hours are between 9a.m. and 4p.m. Monday through Friday. If you contact me outside of those hours, you won't hear from me until my office hours resume for the day or week (e.g. if you contact me on a Saturday, I won't see it or respond until Monday).
Yes, I have open appointments for new clients! I currently offer in-person appointments Weds-Friday and telehealth appointments Mon-Fri. Please note, all openings are daytime only (9am-4pm).
I strongly believe that finding a good therapist match is the key to a successful therapy experience. So, I offer a free 15-minute consultation for all potential clients. This conversation is not therapy, but a short check in about what you are looking for from therapy and for each of us to evaluate if working together feels like a good fit or not.
To arrange your free 15-minute consultation, please contact me by phone or email: include some times that you are available, and I will get back to you as soon as possible during my office hours (see above).
